Shipping, Pickup and Return
We offer two types of products in this shop: Licenses and Rental Devices. These can either be transmitted via email or picked up at our service counter on-site.
We only offer shipping via parcel service in exceptional cases.
Shipping of licenses
License products such as Scan2Lead SMART and Event Day Credits (EDC) are sent via email immediately after the order is completed. At the same time, the licenses are also available in the Scan2Lead PORTAL here: https://portal.scan2lead.com/Key/SmartLicenseKeyList
Pickup of rental devices
Rental devices such as Scan2Lead COLLECT or Scan2Lead STATION are typically not shipped. These must be picked up at our service counter on the event venue. The opening hours and location of our service counter will be sent to you via email after the order is completed. You can also find this information on the main page of Scan2Lead PORTAL: https://portal.scan2lead.com/
Delivery of rental devices to the exhibition booth is not possible for organizational reasons.
Return of rental devices
Rental devices must be returned to our service counter at the end of the event. In most cases, we close our service counter at the end of the opening hours on the last day of the event.
Forgot to return rental devices?
If rental devices are not returned to our service counter by the end of the event, we will inform you via email to return the rental devices. If the rental devices do not arrive at our facility within 14 days after the end of the event or if we do not receive information that the devices are on the way, we will have to invoice the replacement cost and a processing fee.
